After 5 years of service in the US Army, Stacie earned her B. S. in Wildlife Ecology
from the University of Maine, Orono. Since then, she has accumulated 19 years of experience nationwide in the environmental
field. Her background includes 5 years as a research associate at Manomet Center for Conservation Sciences (aka Manomet Bird
Observatory) where she led intensive avian field research efforts. Stacie then shifted her focus from research, to environmental
services. Her environmental consulting experience includes natural resource investigations, documentation, and monitoring
of flora and fauna in terrestrial, freshwater, and coastal systems in 32 US states. She has been a key member of the environmental
teams of NEA/Tetra Tech and DTA/HDR Engineering.
Ms. Grove's experience
includes avian studies and natural resource assessments on managed forestland and military installations; flood control and
ecosystem restoration projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers; natural resource documentation and construction/post-construction
environmental monitoring on multi-state gas and utility projects; habitat assessments and surveys for rare, threatened and
endangered species for local, state, federal, private, and non-governmental organizations; small to large scale wetland and
stream delineations; as well as preparing associated environmental documentation, NEPA and ESA compliance and permitting,
and species/habitat management plans. Ms. Grove is a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)-approved environmental compliance
inspector, is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS), a Certified Wildlife Biologist (CWB), and is a US Department
of Agriculture/Natural Resource Conservation Service certified technical service provider (TSP) for the development of wetland
and wildlife habitat plans.

Justin is a biologist with 13 years of combined education and experience in the environmental
science field. He received a B.S. in Geo-Environmental Studies and M.S. in Biology from Shippensburg University. His professional
experience includes plant and wildlife surveys, wetland delineations, habitat analysis and assessment procedures, and state
and Federal permitting. Specific skills include threatened and endangered species surveys; baseline and post-construction
surveys and monitoring of terrestrial and wetland communities, plants, birds, small mammals, and reptiles and amphibians;
restoration design and monitoring; preparing and reviewing documents relating to NEPA and ESA compliance; and environmental
compliance monitoring and inspections.
Justin's background includes nationwide experience
on projects ranging from small biological investigations for local non-profit organizations, to large-scale environmental
studies for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. His experience includes working with Federal and State government
clients as well as clients from the private and non-profit sectors.
Justin is certified by The
Wildlife Society as an Associate Wildlife Biologist (AWB) and has received Track and Sign certification through CyberTracker
North America. Justin is also a member of the Maine Association of Wetland Scientists (MAWS), The Wildlife Society (TWS),
and the Northeast Partners in Amphibian and Reptile Conservation (NEPARC).
Biologist/GIS
Specialist

Benjamin Griffith is a biologist with nine years of experience working
with a wide range of avian species and habitats throughout North America.
He received a B.A. in Biology in 2007 from the University of Rochester. Benjamin has been responsible
for collecting and analyzing avian migration data for pre-construction wind energy projects
and has performed raptor migration surveys following federal, state, and HMANA protocols,
flight path mapping and incidental bird notation. He is experienced in conducting
shorebird surveys, breeding bird surveys, migratory stopover surveys, and habitat assessments.
Benjamin is an experienced birder with extensive experience with the use of optics, audio
and visual identification of eastern and western birds. He has served on the New Hampshire Bird
Records review committee and as a board member of the Seacoast Chapter of New Hampshire Audubon.
Throughout
Benjamin's education and work history he has maintained and analyzed extensive spatial databases,
used satellite imagery and aerial photography in habitat community mapping, and
processed, manipulated and analyzed data using ArcMap, Excel, and SAS software packages. Benjamin
is proficient at analyzing and managing spatial data using ArcMap, and has
routinely produced figures and maps depicting spatial data. He has created data and produced figures
for a wide number of clients, from Federal government organizations to small towns and nonprofits.
